What are the New Added Features of Express Entry?
The Government of Canada has liberated the advanced details of its much awaited Express Entry to the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) program 2015. As Canada needs huge levels of Immigration to meet the present and future market needs, to clinch their economic progress and long term development of society. What is express entry? Express entry is an electronic immigration management system that aims to cut the processing times by creating a pool of eligible economic immigrants who will be awarded points based on various factors. The Express Entry leads to faster and more systematic methods. These highly anticipated changes will probably allow a larger number of applicants, from larger pool of occupations, to successfully apply for Canadian permanent residency through the FSW program without a Canadian job offer. Participation in the pool will be compulsory for all profit making immigrants under the Federal Skilled Worker, Federal Skilled Trades and Canadian Experience Class programs and optional for Provincial Nominee Program. What are the determinations of rankings for the invitation? Whether the candidate in the pool will occupy the required rank in order to be issued an invitation will be made using the total number of assigned points based on the pattern provided in the comprehensive ranking system. The CRS will assess the profile information candidates submit including: Skills, work experience, language ability, education and other factors. All these factors play a vital role in economic success for the immigrants once in Canada. Additional points will be also given for the candidates who have a job offer or a nomination by one of the Canadas provinces under their PNP programs. What is Comprehensive Ranking System? All the express entry candidates will be given a score out of 1,200 based on the four basic parts of the comprehensive ranking system procedure:
- Skills and the Experience factors,
- Spouse or common law partner factors (such as the language skills and education-these will result in better economic success for both the spouse or common law and the candidate)
- Additional points for those with a nomination from a province or territory or a valid job offer.
