Key Canadian province, Quebec looks to ease the process to help skilled migrants in the province find the work in their own domain or area of training. As per the Province Premier, Philippe Couillard, the government is planning to lift the barriers that deny certain immigrants from getting employed in their field of training. Government to Pass Bill 98 The government has proposed a bill, i.e. Bill 98 that identifies the skills as well as the professional certifications of the immigrants coming to the province and allows them to get into Quebec labour market so that they can find opportunity in their area of training.
